Law 25, regarding personal information protection and the practice standards of health professionals, is in effect in Québec. Our commitment to upholding this commitment is demonstrated through the following:

• Compliance with Law 25 on data protection.
• Attentive concern to all requests related to personal data (access, modification, etc.).
• Internal policies for data management.
• Documentation of data use, storage, and sharing.
• Reporting confidentiality incidents to the Access to Information Commission.
• Maintaining a record of incidents involving personal data.
